Summer Strong is a 21-day challenge designed to help you build strength, flexibility and balance using the power of your own body. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced strength trainer, embrace the power of calisthenics and body weight strength work to increase your lean body mass, enhance your balance, and elevate your overall well-being. Become Summer Strong and embark on a path towards a stronger, healthier, and more active you!
GETTING STARTED

Each week throughout the challenge, participate in at least 3 workouts - any combination of strength training, flexibility, balance and your choice of cardio. Each week we’ll provide you with a workout for strength training, flexibility exercises, and balance movements. Extra days in the week can be used to repeat exercises you enjoyed or want to focus on or let your muscles have time to rest and restore.
The weekly workouts will be sent by email on Monday of each week throughout the challenge.
Place a checkmark on the calendar on the days you complete your exercises / activities.

Submit completed Tracker to your Health Coach by Sept 3rd for campaign credit and to be entered into the prize drawing.
