Maintain Don’t Gain is a 6-week challenge focused on maintaining pre-holiday weight – within two pounds – from just before Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day.  Challenge yourself this holiday season to set and achieve a goal of weight maintenance. You’ll record a starting weight on November 20, weekly weight and an ending weight on New Years Day. There is also the option to participate in weekly Thrive activities. The challenge begins on November 20th, 2023 and concludes on January 1, 2024.

GETTING STARTED

RECORD YOUR PRE-HOLIDAY WEIGHT

Find a scale that you can weigh yourself on throughout the challenge. On Monday, November 20th record your starting weight.

WEIGHT WEEKLY WEIGH IN

Weigh yourself, as close as possible to the same way as possible, each week and record your weight each week on your tracker.

THRIVE THIS HOLIDAY SEASON (OPTIONAL)

Participate in at least 2 wellness activities each week.  Check off the items completed.  
Participants who complete 12 or more Thrive activities will have two entries in the prize drawing.

RECORD YOUR POST HOLIDAY WEIGHT

On Monday, January 1st record your ending weight.

SUBMIT YOUR RESULTS

Submit your completed tracker to your Health Coach or fax to 205-978-3760.
